Hole Farm Wedding Photography
Hole Farm weddings with Alice and Ollie. Now this wedding location is so new, it doesn’t even have a web site yet, and i think it’s called the Oak Barn although not too sure yet :) But I can see why they chose the venue and I think this was the first official wedding here! With on site accommodation and gorgeous bright dining area with amazing views down into the valleys towards Salisbury makes it an ideal venue.
I met up with Alice and the bridesmaids at the lodges at Hole Farm, where the atmosphere was already buzzing with excitement. The natural light pouring through the windows created a warm and inviting space, perfect for capturing the intimate moments shared among friends. Laughter filled the air as they prepared for the day ahead, each bridesmaid in matching PJ’s. It was clear that this was a celebration of not just Alice’s impending nuptials, but of friendship and love that would be cherished forever.
Farley All Saints church was bathed in a warm, inviting glow as strong sunlight streamed through the ornate stained glass windows. The beams of light danced on the polished wooden pews, creating vibrant splashes of color that shifted with the movement of guests. What made this ceremony even more special was Ollie’s childhood friend was also marrying them which made it that bit more special and of course their faithful dog was there among all of their friends and family. As the couple made their exit, the farriers formed a surprise hammer arch as they exited the church (This was Alice’s surprise idea for Ollie)
The confetti line worked really well and only one person who didn’t listen to the brief had their phone out but they did it quickly so not too bad. There is nothing worse than phone face and loads of people with phones out in the background with everyone else smiling, laughing and clapping.
After this it was time for some groups and Alice’s horse made an appearance so managed to get a big group photo of everyone, the lighting conditions were not the best as the sun had was shining bright today. We then did a few photos of the couple before jumping into the car and heading back to the reception.
Then it was back to Hole Farm for the reception, I saw Danny the catering boss who I have seen over the years which was great (Thank you for the pizza with no cheese!!!) The wedding reception table layout was truly stunning, capturing the essence of elegance and sophistication. Each table was meticulously arranged, featuring luxurious linens in soft, complementary colors that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Delicate centerpieces adorned with seasonal flowers added a touch of romance, while flickering candles provided just the right amount of ambience. The placement of the tables allowed for easy flow, ensuring guests could mingle comfortably. Custom name cards added a personal touch, guiding guests to their seats and enhancing the overall aesthetic. The thoughtful design balanced beauty and functionality, making it not just visually appealing but also conducive for socializing and celebration. This attention to detail reflected the couple’s style and set the perfect tone for a memorable evening.
Once the sun had started to go down we managed some fun group photos and then it was time for the dancing!!!!! What a truly amazing wedding day this was, so much thought and attention to detail went into making Alice and Ollie’s wedding day such a memorable wedding day for everyone who attended.
Here are just a few of my faves from the day which are mainly candids and wedding people doing wedding things.
